Mindful Meditation For Kids include breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation to aid relaxation, visualisation, mindful colouring and mindful listening.

Meditation for kids is directly with children and young people aged 7 – 17 years,  helping them to feel happier, to manage their behaviour, to be more resilient and more focused by teaching them mindful techniques including meditation, to help them cope more with the stresses and strains of modern life. 

What is meditation for kids?
Mindfulness simply means being present in the ‘here and now’ in our thoughts; with practice we can improve our ability to focus on the current moment without interference from overwhelming fears about the future and memories of negative events in our lives.

Mindful activities do not act as a magic wand that removes difficulties from our lives but help us to deal with negative emotions such as anger, fear, resentment and jealousy without repressing or denying them. It is the fighting and repressing of such uncomfortable feelings that causes problems such as destructive and attention seeking behaviour, self-harm and eating disorders which are prevalent amongst our young people.

- Provides the necessary motivation, strength of determination, perseverance and endurance to stay focused on your goal throughout the duration of your endeavor.
- Opens up options and possibilities, and removes doubts, inhibitions, and confusions that might hold you back.

All Meditation Classes are Guided and Sound Healing Meditation 
Mantras and soft music both complement each during a session.
The healing sound of a Tibetan singing bowl or chimes are good options  for tranquillity and providing a peaceful environment to meditate. 

During Meditation,You can benefit from relaxation, be enlightened about your inner journey, benefit from releasing old patterns, achieve the deepest state of meditation and gain positive effects on overall health and psychological well-being.
